This website is an informational showcase for Apex Nova Dev and the software we build. It is provided for general information only.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, or professional advice of any kind.

Our apps are governed separately

Downloading or using one of our applications is governed by that application's own terms, not by these.

Still Echo, for example, is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's standard end-user licence agreement together with its own terms at /stillecho/terms. Where those terms differ from these, those terms apply to the app.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, design, graphics, and source code — is owned by Apex Nova Dev or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may read, link to, and quote reasonable portions of this site with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, present it as your own, or use our names or logos in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our written permission.

Third-party components used in this site are credited where required. Apple, the App Store, and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt or overload this site, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
