Privacy Policy

The short version

Apex Nova Dev is a small software studio. This website has no user accounts, no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party trackers. We do not sell or share personal data, because we do not collect any.

What this website collects

Nothing that identifies you. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. It does not build a profile of you and does not track you across other sites.

Like almost every website, it is served by a hosting provider that keeps short-lived technical logs. Our host is Vercel, which records standard request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp — for security, abuse prevention and operational monitoring. We do not use these logs to identify individuals, and they are not combined with any other data.

Local storage

The /stillecho section of this site stores a single preference in your browser's local storage under the key "whispers.locale". It records whether you last viewed that page in English or Chinese so the page can open in the same language next time.

This value never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or anyone else. Clearing your browser data removes it. The company pages do not use local storage at all.

Contacting us

If you email admin@apexnovadev.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list and do not share your message with anyone else.

Our email is handled by a third-party email provider, so your message is stored on their systems as well as ours.

Our apps

This policy covers the Apex Nova Dev website only. Our applications are governed by their own privacy policies, because they handle data differently — in most cases, entirely on your own device.

Still Echo, our AI devotional companion, is designed so that no personal content ever leaves your iPhone. Its privacy policy is at /stillecho/privacy.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Your rights

Data protection laws in some regions — including the GDPR in Europe and the CCPA in California — give you rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Because this website does not collect personal data, there is normally nothing for us to retrieve or erase.

If you have emailed us and would like that correspondence deleted, write to admin@apexnovadev.com and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
