Still Echo provides devotional companion responses to your whispers and Scripture using an AI model that runs entirely on your device. The app and its built-in content (Bible text, AI models, resources) are the property of their respective rights holders.
2. Nature of Content
AI-generated content is provided for personal meditation and reference only and does not constitute professional psychological counseling, medical advice, or authoritative pastoral care (see the Disclaimer). If you are facing a serious mental-health crisis, please seek professional help.
3. License
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a personal, non-commercial license to use this app. You may not copy, modify, decompile, or distribute it.
4. Purchases & Lifetime
Still Echo Pro and VIP are offered as one-time, non-renewing lifetime purchases through the App Store. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically. Refunds are handled under Apple's policies.
Apple App Store & Standard EULA
This document is the custom End User License Agreement provided to Apple for the Still Echo app as required by App Store Connect. It supplements — and does not replace — the Apple Standard License Agreement and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, which remain in effect for all apps distributed through the App Store. Where those Apple terms apply to in-app purchases or refunds, the Apple terms govern.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided “as is.” We make no express or implied warranties about its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
